Facility Policy Disclosure

Some training sessions conducted by King of the Court Youth Basketball LLC may take place at third-party facilities during general recreational hours. These sessions are conducted independently and must comply with all facility rules, policies, and procedures.

King of the Court Youth Basketball LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with any facility where training may take place. Training sessions held at third-party facilities are conducted independently and are subject to that facility’s policies and regulations.

Facility Access Requirements

Participants are responsible for securing their own access to any facility where training sessions are held.

• Some facilities may require an active membership for access.
• If a participant does not have a membership, they may be required to enter as a guest of a member and comply with all guest policies set by the facility.
• For any participant age 16 or under attending as a guest, a parent or legal guardian may be required to complete and sign any facility liability waivers or guest forms prior to participation.
• All training activities must follow the facility’s recreational rules, policies, and procedures.

Independent Activity

King of the Court Youth Basketball LLC does not rent, reserve, control, or operate any third-party facility, and facility staff do not supervise or manage King of the Court training sessions.

Facility Policies and Entry Decisions

King of the Court Youth Basketball LLC is not responsible for facility membership requirements, guest policies, facility restrictions, court availability, or entry decisions made by facility staff.

Participant Acknowledgement

By scheduling or attending a training session conducted at a third-party facility, participants acknowledge that:

• The facility is not affiliated with or responsible for King of the Court Youth Basketball LLC training services.
• Access to the facility is the responsibility of the participant and must comply with that facility’s policies.
• Participation in training activities must be conducted in accordance with all facility rules and guidelines.
